The only games studio that matters (probably)

  We collect data. Shocking. We track things like how many times you die in the dark, if the game crashes (so we can blame the intern), and what hardware you use (so we can silently judge your severely bottlenecked GPU). We use it to make better games. We tried selling your secrets, but the black market demanded 4K resolution screenshots. 

  We use the boring, digital kind of cookies to track site traffic. Turn them off if you want to be difficult and stealth your way through the site, but when things break, don't email us. We won't help.

  We use tools from big names like Epic Games and Google. They collect their own data. If you click an ad for "Free Download" and get a virus that deletes your hard drive, that's on them. We are only responsible for our own code.

 We don't want your kid's data. This is a psychological survival thriller; they shouldn't even be looking at the screen. If your child provided us with personal info, contact us immediately so we can delete it and get back to our lives rendering terrifying underground tunnels.  

 We might change this policy without telling you, much like how we dynamically change enemy AI to ruin your day. We expect you to check back constantly. It's called trust, look it up. If you have questions, email us! (But seriously, we are probably too busy debugging collision physics to reply).
